Fang Zhou

Fang Zhou is the founder of biopm, llc and brings a combination of deep technical knowledge and managerial expertise to life science clients.

Before founding biopm, llc, Fang spent over 16 years in the industry, including scientific and managerial roles at Invitrogen (ThermoFisher), Merck, and BioResource International. In these roles, he led biotechnological product R&D and manufacturing, drove quality and process improvement, and facilitated business transformation and post-merger integration.

Fang was also a key contributor to the growth and exit of a Yale startup, and a member of the concept development team of a Merck venture business.

As a skilled consultant and trainer at Valeocon Management Consulting, Fang helped Fortune Global 500 companies develop practical, sustainable solutions and build internal capabilities

Fang Zhou received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and his Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry from Yale University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional®.

He is an author of peer-reviewed articles in science, technology, and management.
